Returns
Items returned for reasons other than product defects are subject to a restocking fee. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number and arrange for return shipping.
Payment
We bill most customers on a net 30 basis, with credit approval. Checks are the only form of payment accepted, we do not take credit cards.
Shipping
Products are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipping charges are added to the invoice. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Warranty
All Tunwall Radio products come with a one-year warranty for parts, beginning with the date of delivery.
