Retire

Company to Cease Operations After More Than Two Decades Serving
Broadcast Industry

Trenton, FL, November 4, 2025– Tunwall Radio, manufacturer of coaxial switch controllers,
has announced plans to close following the upcoming retirement of its owners.

Founded in 2004 with a single switch controller, Tunwall Radio expanded its product line,
introducing dual, multi-switch, and SNMP-enabled units. The TRC Series o-ered a compact
design using programmable logic controllers and universal switch compatibility. Today,
Tunwall controllers are operating in AM, FM, and TV transmitter sites throughout the US and
Canada. In addition, Steve Tunwall has designed and built dozens of AM directional phasor
and transmitter control systems.

Tunwall Radio will accept orders through December 2025, with production scheduled to
conclude sometime in the first quarter of 2026. Warranty support will remain in place for all
products. Resources and technical support will continue to be available at our website,
tunwallradio.com, after production ends.
